Job: Floating Support Worker

Our client is looking for a Floating Support Worker to assist in providing housing support to vulnerable clients in their own homes. You must have experience of working with the support needs of vulnerable adults as well as previous experience of working with individuals with one or more of the following issues: Substance misuse, mental health, personality disorder, self harm, learning disability, and homelessness.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of housing management/tenancy issues, experience of working with protection from abuse multi agency guidelines for vulnerable adults and children as well as good IT skills and the ability to work independently on casework. Own transportation and a current CRB check is required.
